Hi Ken, Happy New Year! Just want to let you know I got the new picture in time for Christmas & it was perfect. J (my other half) loved his Christmas present, its already up on our living room wall. Thanks you for all your help. Kind regards, Stephanie (UK)
Hi Ken,
I have purchased two of your books from you now, and must say they provide good, clear, useful information - well done! I refer to them in my coaching and my own training.
Cheers,
Matt (Australia)
Hi Ken
I have been competing in Triathlon's / Duathlon's for the last 6 year's always training by myself 2 - 3 time's a week. My training usually consisted off swim, rest then a run rest, and at weekend's a 40 mile bike ride coming back feeling drained. That was till I bought a Heart Rate Monitor, and e - mailed yourself back in October for the Heart Rate Monitor Guide. Reading over the booklet I have worked out a program that suit's myself and now train 6 day's a week. Over the last 6 week's I have seen the difference and it is quite amazing [should have done this year's ago]. I will use this programme as a base till the end off January, then rely on your Improver's Triathlon Guide [ordered] too work out a program for Feb / March too build up for race season in early April.
Thanks once again have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
D.Brown.
Dear Ken Thanks for sending through the personalised training diary. I received it today and it looks great. Merry Christmas!!! Kind regards Christina (UK)
Hi Ken, Well what can I say, what a fantastic service you and your team run, four days from order to receipt of your impressive guide - all the way from the other side of the world. I have enjoyed reading it so far and have already highlighted some sound advice. I am a 41 year old cancer survivor who is enjoying life and looking forward to competing in triathlon events next year culminating in the London Triathlon in August to raise money for Leukaemia Research. Thanks once again and keep up the good work, Kindest regards Anthony (UK)
Hi Ken, I thought a bit of feedback might be appreciated. Recently I purchased The Heart Rate Monitor Training Guide for Cyclists and have found it excellent value. I had been doing some training on the bike prior to getting the guide but it was not organised or disciplined, just going out and riding hard. After implementing the recommendations in the guide, not only have I achieved my initial goal of losing weight, but my fitness has improved to the point that I'm also on track to do the Taupo ride this year, three weeks after I turn 50 (I might be slow but I'm sure I will get there). Thanks, Dave (NZ)
