What people say about our guides and service....
Ken
Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your new CD! Its full of good tips and "on the edge of your seat" race clips. To see that even the stars can have a bad race day is some comfort to mere mortals! Kind Regards
Claire (UK) p.s. I hope that I will now shave off a good quarter of an hour from my Olympic time!
I have just received your "Race Faster" CD and it is fantastic. I think it is very well laid out and gives clear, sensible advice. Thank you very much indeed for producing such a useful product.
Charles
The guides that I received from you are great, plain and simple with all of the good oil!

RE The Naked Rower
I ordered your book from KinEli and it arrived in England remarkably quickly with a very warm note from the Kin Eli team + a signed book from you. What a quality of service. I wish we could get that kind of service in the UK. Well done to that team.

Good morning Ken, My girlfriend and I purchased a copy of your Beginners Triathlon Guide in preparation for our first triathlons, which we completed last Sunday. I was already doing a fair bit of training and Jo was just starting when we bought the book and we found it to be a user friendly and most informative book. From the personal experiences presented as case studies to race day preparation we found the all aspects and points to be well considered. The easy nature of the writing enabled us to easily gain the benefit of what is obviously an extensive triathlon experience. In fact, we began to refer to your book as "The Bible" as race day approached and found ourselves referring to it whenever the clouds of doubt began to form in our minds. We both very much enjoyed our first races (the swim leg was VERY rough, but challenging) and completed them while achieving all of the objectives we set ourselves. We learnt many things and are most confident that our next efforts will be even more successful. Thanks once again - I hope your season is going to plan. David (Australia)
Dear Ken
Just to let you know that following your guide I have made the improvements I had hoped for ie to take 5 mins off my sprint tri time and 10 mins off my "olympic" tri time. This is despite challenges such as having a bike accident in which I fractured my scapula, fitting in my training very around my three kids and working shifts.
Thanks, Helen (UK)
Dear Ken, I have just finished reading your Heart Rate Monitor Training Guide for Cyclists. I thought it was great. Easy to understand, very informative in a very easy to read style. Once again well done for producing a great booklet. Mark (UK)
Dear Ken and all at KinEli,
My order for The Naked Rower and Heart Rate Training Guide arrived today, what fantastic service, many thanks. My river rowing partner is Tim who rowed in the WEARC. I started reading his copy in Barbados so had to buy my own to finish it off.
Happy Christmas and all the best for next year
Regards, Tim (UK)
I have had excellent value from my previous diary and The Improvers Triathlon Guide, congratulations on providing good, no nonsense products backed up with great service.

Hi Ken, I thought it was about time that I said thanks for all the advice from your books: The Beginners Triathlon Guide and The Improvers Triathlon guide. 2003 and was my first year in Triathlon and to be honest I wondered how I was going to fit my training in around a full time job. I started training a several weeks before my first sprint triathlon using 'The Beginners Triathlon Guide' This book was excellent at providing easy to understand workouts and took into account not everyone in this sport had all day to train and had a life outside triathlon. My next step was to go for Olympic Distance Triathlon in a few months time. I competed at this distance using the Beginners Guide and came in at 2hrs 30min. This gave me a thirst for more training so a bought 'The Improvers Triathlon Guide' and entered a second Olympic distance in a months time. I followed all the advice in the book. Once again it was simple to understand and gave believable advice. I came into the triathlon confident and came out with a finishing time of 2hrs 19 min. That was 4 months ago now and I have trained following the advice in this book all winter. Now with the new season round the corner and some very good training under my belt, who knows what times I will make in 2004. I can honestly back up the Go faster guarantee with these books. Many thanks Matt (UK)
Received today. Fantastic service, thanks very much. Jim (UK)

RE Running for Pregnant Women and New Mum's
Hi Ken Just wanted to thank you for the book which arrived today. I can't believe how fantastic your service has been - I wait twice as long for A******n orders and you guys are based in New Zealand! Anyway, congratulations to your team on such great customer care. I am looking forward with great anticipation to finding some time to digest the training guide. This is our 4th (and rather unexpected!) baby, and I'm desperate to keep some form of running going. During previous pregnancies I have been able to source nothing remotely sensible, and have just done my own thing. It's great at last to find some guidelines for runners from runners. Many thanks once again Fiona (UK)
