KinEli Developments

We not only write and design most of our guides and diaries, but we print and produce them too!

As the business has developed so we have invested in top of the range digital print and production equipment and expanded into specialist digital publishing, making us ideally placed to develop a range of 'print as needed titles'.

If you have a title (in any field not just endurance sports) that you would like us to consider for publication or printing please feel free to get in touch. info@kineli.co.nz

In the 'pipeline' are a few new titles from other authors.

Also the next few titles by Ken Maclaren  are there waiting to be written. Much of our future development is based on feedback that we get from our customers. If you have anything you would like to say please let us know. feedback@kineli.co.nz

We also run The KinEli Mentor Program a one on one coaching and mentoring service where we work with a select number of individuals to help them reach their endurance sport and fitness goals.

KinEli Info

KinEli Publishing is run mainly by two former British International triathletes, Ken Maclaren and Alison Hollington.

KEN MACLAREN

Ken has been involved in running  since the early seventies. As a runner he competed at club and county level before turning his attentions to triathlons in the mid eighties. As a triathlete he competed internationally for Great Britain in the World and European Championships. He also raced for Wales representing  and captaining  the Welsh triathlon team at the  Commonwealth Games triathlon   in Auckland, New Zealand  in 1990. In 1991 he led the Welsh team to individual and team wins in the Home Countries Triathlon Championships.

For a few years he was a full time athlete before deciding it was time to have a 'proper job'.

He writes regularly for 220, a British Triathlon Magazine. As well as writing, he is a regular race commentator in New Zealand, Australia and   the U.K.

ALI HOLLINGTON

Ali has been an international runner, modern pentathlete and triathlete. As a junior runner, she won several national cross country titles before injuries interrupted her career. She turned to triathlon in her late twenties, eventually winning three national championships and competed for Great Britain in World and European championships.

She has Masters Degree in Sports Science from  Loughborough University.

They emigrated to Napier, New Zealand in 1997.

We also draw on the advice and support of  a number of associates.
